Overview
Tàztíhb Se was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1078, by Bíriel Rāka. The establishment of Tàztíhb Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Bíriel Rāka struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Tàztíhb Se as a prison colony.
Tàztíhb Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tàztíhb Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Tàztíhb Se is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt paverstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Tàztíhb Se, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its god. More than it loves wealth. The town is very clearly poor. Buildings are run down in ways that are not imeadiatly obvious. The people are a bit too thin. The market is very eager to sell to newcomers, but not so eager to buy from them. There’s also a general lack of the hum and buzz of healthy industry in Tàztíhb Se.

Cultural Notes
Tàztíhb Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
In Tàztíhb Se snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
Tàztíhb Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Conjuration energies of tier 2 via divine sermons.

Points of Interest
Tàztíhb Se is centered around a major pilgrimage site. This may be a religious location of importance to a major faith, or it may be a more secular institution that draws the traffic, like a famous academy or the remains of some wondrous ancient work. Considerable local tension likely exists over controlling the access to the site and maximizing the profits from foreign visitors.
Tàztíhb Se is known for its unusual rock formations.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Nopoiosa Heathland was struck by a drought when Lake Laguna grew too small to continue feeding Waterway Eastern, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Tàztíhb Se. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Tàztíhb Se lost 257 people, and 245 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 2 weeks, which are remembered as the Damnation Thirst.
